Sales & Services events always represent a challenge, because there are so many moving parts and so many people requiring assistance. However this year we took a different approach that I think made a huge difference.
Normally our team would get a lot of last minute random requests. Having the excecutive backing, establishing firm deadlines for the project, and clearly outining the process really helped. Additionally, the head of sales loved the theme we produced for the event so much, he decided to roll it as the year theme for the sales organization.
I am always happy to meet new people.
